Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the RecipePad mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Marko Polietaiev ("Service Provider", "we", "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Application except where permitted by law;
• misuse the Application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation;
• use the Application to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or applicable licensors.

2. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access where needed for security, abuse prevention, or Terms violations.

3. Service Availability

The Application depends on internet connectivity and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or full compatibility with all devices/OS versions at all times.

4. Paid Features, Tiers, and Ads

The Application may offer multiple tiers, including a free ad-supported tier and paid subscription tiers with additional functionality.

Pricing, features, and availability may change over time. Any applicable charges will be presented before purchase or renewal where required.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.

6. AI Features (Current vs Future)

The current release does not provide AI-powered end-user features.

If AI-powered features are introduced in future releases, we may update these Terms and related policies to describe additional functionality, usage rules, and provider terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example recipes and images), subject to the rights needed for us to operate and provide the Application.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have rights to submit it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Application.

9. Updates and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time.

We may terminate or restrict access where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal compliance, or misuse.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
